Its my first class with Candy and I am very impressed! She really pushes you to the limit. Her class is very challenging and pumping. She also cycles with the class all the way through! And that's very motivating. Unlike some other instructors I've had here who just gives directions and don't do the work with us. She is truly a Candy crusher!

Tia was adorable! Really loved this class. Not a traditional flow class (which I was fine with but some folks prefer that) but had challenging postures and some sequences and a nice balance of abs and chill out. Loved it!

Love this class. You’ll work core, upper and lower 3 times. The first round seems slow and like you’re not doing much, but don’t be fooled- the 2nd and 3rd rounds there are less pauses and you’ll definitely sweat and start to feel it. I usually take classes with lighter 3-5 lb weights, but definitely go for heavier weights in here since you’ll do lots of squats with them! Macie is great too and the class goes by so quick (even at 545am).

I was unsure about SALT as someone who went to many Dailey method classes. I assumed they would be the same, but theyre not. SALT is much harder and faster-paced than Dailey classes were. Sometimes too fast and not enough explanation for beginners but overall I was impressed with this class. Julia was awesome

Perfect workout, challenging but doable. Small amount of cardio which is what I needed since I've been putting in miles lately. Just user beware: This class is not a full 1hr workout...the actually physical aspect of the class is roughly 42min (yes my watch timed it), the rest is explanations in the beginning of class. I don't mind this though, bc it's nice knowing what you're doing ahead of time, plus the workout is intense/efficient enough that it makes up for it. Will def be back next week!

    Jumpboard

Great class! I didn't know how the jumpboard worked - it's a cool way to get cardio into a Pilates class, stretch and work through the feet, and of course strengthen the core. Christine is a lovely teacher. Good flow to the class, balance of exercises, attention to each student, and no music - a calm, centering atmosphere.
