Loved that the core block was different than many others I’ve done. Leg series was super tough and I was shaking. Very challenging class but Sophie has a positive and encouraging energy that makes you keep at it even when it’s tough. Great playlist too.

The class was really fun. Good mix of cardio and strength intervals. Some moves were high impact like jumping jacks etc. while others were good toning moves like deadlifts and glute bridges. However, even though the class was not heated, it felt like it as the heat was blasting very high and the room was very dry. I think its a building issue since the instructor said the class was not specifically heated. If possible it would be better to turn down the heat in the classrooms.
