    Aerial Fitness L1

Good class - different than other workouts I’ve done but challenging and uses arms, abs, legs, booty. For the first half you do typical exercise moves using the hammock (squats, high knees, planks, arm work, etc) then the second half is more of the aerial acrobatics. Definitely a good workout, change up in my routine. They provide mats Clean studio There is a bathroom for changing

    AIR Foundation (beg/int aerial fitness)

This one was much better than my first one. At 615 am on a weekday, there were only four people - more space, more personal attention. I'm feeling it in my shoulders delts and lats a day later. I'm coming back for the early morning foundation classes. Fabrics are getting cleaned.
