see all reviewsI absolutely loved this class. Kekoa is a wonderful guide, her cues were both soothing and motivational in the perfectly heated space. I attended an evening class, darkened lighting gently lit with LED candles— so soothing. Kekoa’s cues were thoughtful and soothing, encouraging me to really drop in and focus deeply inward. An exceptional experience.

see all reviewsI’m a beginner and found this class very challenging but also really fun. The instructor was great - she clearly communicated and demonstrated each move and was super encouraging. Other attendees were really kind and supportive too, which made for a really positive environment.

And the Encinitas studio has got to be the prettiest most peaceful studio around with the big windows on two sides and the sunlight coming in through the trees in the late afternoon. It’s a very peaceful environment and I really enjoyed the class and the instructor.
