    Very friendly staff. It was nerve-wrecking since it was my first time but upon check-in staff were so helpful. The instructor was a little fast but she was very clear with her directions so it was easy to understand. I recommend you try!

    Such a great class. Erica creates a safe place and pushes your limits. I was a little intimidated by the chaos at the start of class since it was my first time but Erica read the room, addressed it, and led a solid workout. You really feel the sense of community among others who attended the class as well, which is what separates this experience from any other fitness class I’ve taken in the past. Hoping I get the chance to come back.
