Briana made us really settle in for the first bit of class and focused on making sure our form was correct which I appreciated. Her class also offered challenging transitions and fun music. Great class overall!

Elinor was great! This was an advance class but she created an environment that was not intimated and warm and made me feel like I belonged; trust me my yoga skills do more belong in an advanced class lol I also learned a lot about myself and capabilities. I recommend to anyone.

Yena led a great class; it was challenging, she gave good adjustments, she had a calm energy, and I liked the music. Just a note for those new to the studio: all of the yoga classes are in a heated room.

PAY WHAT YOU CAN Central Park Yoga (Sliding Scale $15-$25)

This class was PERFECT. The instructor was so kind and the class itself was challenging, yet accessible. She gave variations for people to go deeper into the pose, or stay where they feel comfortable “stay or play!” So the class was accessible for everyone in it. I really really loved it, my only complaint is that the season is almost over!
