    Abs & Stretch

    I always like crunch classes if you have a couple extra credits because the people are so nice and the atmosphere is casual. The instructor was really clear and easy to follow along with. This is a great low impact class if you’re in need of something lighter. A heads up, it’s only 30 minutes though if that matters to you.

    Diesel

    While I thought Alinne’s Zumba class was only so-so, I thought her Diesel class was excellent. Great music, good variety of exercises that prevented you from feeling bored. Incorporated weights and steps. It is a very hard class, but you can probably modify most moves if you’d like.

    Cardio Junkie by Trooper Fitness

    Challenging class if you want cardio. Skiier, rowing, and biking plus Tabatas in between. Everyone was very friendly. Fairly clean facilities. Small changing/shower rooms but they have shampoo/conditioner/body wash, free towels and other feminine amenities. No filter water just tap sink water or purchase so make sure you have one with you.
