This is the best class there. The other classes feel like to are just paying for a treadmill. This is mostly running but then a good about the if kettlebell however I do wish there was a bit more encouragement and push in class but that’s just the inner me wanting a boot camp type class .

Great class - challenging full body workout with a blend of strength and cardio that will definitely leave you sore the next day. Daury and Jess were an energetic, knowledgeable and entertaining team! Facilities are in really good condition. I do agree there's a lot of downtime when they explain each exercise but they still fit a LOT in 50 minutes and I might die if there was more...! Such good music too.

Halston leads incredibly strong, challenging + sweat inducing workouts with nominal time wasted. Today included a strength section, circuit, ab section, then an AMRAP partner finisher. Only issue was that there were a lot of tricep movements that should've been focused on another muscle group to add more diversity to the movements.

Michael ran the Barry’s class I’ve been to yet—inspiring vibe, challenging yet accessible sets, and great music which helped lighten the atmosphere as he occasionally sang along for a few bars. Most of all, the class felt good-hearted and kind in a way that I haven’t experienced at Barry’s, where instructors often put a on a hard edge and the whole format and operation can feel like a very commercial, impersonal injury factory. If you’re on the fence about Barry’s, I highly recommend going to Michael’s class.

Dana put together really great sequences for gently opening up the body and stimulating circulation. Really appreciated her encouraging energy and inspiring words at the beginning of class. This class was epic and life changing. Im not a Yoga expert and do it only occasionally but over the years Ive done at least 200-300 classes Id say so I have some experience and this was one of best classes Ive come across. I had pulled my back earlier this week, achey all over from a hard work week, plus some emotional issues going on too with family and relationship. This class just made me feel alive, zen, happy. It stretched everything but did not over exert, good vibes from Sara the teacher and other students, clean space and nice warm yogi tea. Perfect way to reenergize on this rainy cold day when Im just in a low spot right now. The best part was the emotional and mental clarity I got while we Layed last 10 min class in savasaana. Thank you! Cant even describe how much this class meant to me. May buy more credits just to do more classes with Sara at yogaworks.

    Stretch/Recovery Pilates

I went into class with really tight and sore quads and I couldn't believe how much better they felt after the class. Lee is a really fun instructor and tailored the class based on how I felt. I will definitely do this class when I really need to recover.

    Ballet Body Barre

Jonathan Breton is an excellent dance instructor! In his valley body barre class, he takes us through various effective stretches and points out the body parts and muscles and form (strong technicals and detailed) to focus on so that we do things correctly. Even though it is a class setting his attention to detail makes you feel like you are in a private class with him.

    Beginner/Intermediate Reformer

A little tough for a reformer semi-newbie (handful of classes) but the instructor was very nice and the small class size allowed for lots of hands on attention. Beautiful studio too.
