see all reviewsThis class is great for beginners and experienced people, this is my second time going here and the trainers explain everything very well they even check in on you and check on your form. You do not have to do weights with the sets, you can do body weights. If you don’t finish the sets during the time, it’s okay! Everyone is super supportive there and so nice. My anxiety is high and I can’t go to a regular gym but this place makes me feel so comfortable.
