The space is always clean, welcoming and full of people wanting to connect through yoga and beyond. The Up Dog community is the safest and most welcome I have ever felt in a studio. From the people who practice there, to the volunteers, to the teachers who all have impeccable sequencing and music. I cannot suggest this space enough whether you are passing through and/or grounding down long term.
