see all reviewsLOVE MIA!! She’s also really good at cueing the sprints during beat drops and she has a ton of energy!! Also the 22 minute sections are awesome. Class goes by so much faster and we dont waste time cleaning equipment 3-4 times between sets. My only note for the people who create the classes is that this was pretty much an hour of straight cardio. Going from running straight to the rower/burpees was a lot. It would have been nice to have an exercise with just weights to break it up

Mercella is an absolute queen, she has an amazing energy and makes sure everyone feels comfortable. The space, atmosphere, and people were chill yet motivating, as if recognizing that the workout is tough but that we're here to help each other through the class and towards our goals.
