    Brittany is great. MOB cycle is... A LOT. It’s definitely not the place (in my opinion) for a first time cycler. That said, Brittany is a great instructor for a first time MOB Cycler! I actually bike on the road, and I’ve had MOB instructors that have nearly made me pass out (no question that it’s a great workout!) But Brittany’s classes are approachable, and I’d recommend any class passer interested in exploring MOB to take her class!!

    I really appreciate the positivity Nick brings every class! For those folks saying that he needs to give more instructions, I’d encourage you to come back a few times because all the steps and songs repeat—you’ll get the hang of it within 3 classes.
