Anyone can do the class at their own pace and he’ll make that clear. I’d say he’s a level 2 plus class. He’s extremely welcoming, inviting always embracing new comers. He’ll motivate you and help you to grow stronger and better. He cares and wants to see you grow. You’ll have a lot of fun! I highly recommend taking Greg’s class!

Opening the hips and joints, while still engaging the core. I left feeling refreshed. A great class to add to your weekly cycle. I’ll be back :) Also Kenzi’s energy was so energetic, really loved her!

It was an intentional flow moving through different areas - core/midsection, upper body and lower body, some parts were seated on the stool and some on the mat. It’s good for beginners (as this was my first time) to this style of workout and I’d say good for all ages/work out levels too. I’ll definitely go back again, especially if my body is feeling rigid!
