It’s not basics in the sense of it being super easy, it just really gets into the foundations and the details of the poses which I love. Proper alignment is vital for your body to thrive through yoga. Her energy was beautiful and she is very knowledgeable and caring. Can’t say enough about this class and teacher. Thank you!

Aje handled the situation with grace, and I still learned a thing or two. If you’re familiar with first, second, fourth and fifth positions, port de bras and chaines turns, maybe level up.
