MINTRide with Coach by Color Tech

Great class once I figured out the bike settings (you have to pick power training, not quick start, and go through all the prompts to set up). I liked that it was taught by zone and not color so no one else could see your zones.

Brian does a great job adapting to challenging circumstances, providing amenities like hand sanitizer and masks, and bringing sanitized kettle bells and other equipment. The workout is always worth it and the playlist is always 10/10. If you’re missing in-person group classes, fit360’s outdoor workouts are a great option!

I really enjoyed this class. It’s a solid traditional mat Pilates class and the instructor gives good corrections and feedback. That being said, it is so hard not to deduct a star for how much this studio overpacks it’s classes! When students align their mats with gold circles (as you are forced to do), there is not close to enough room for individuals to do certain exercises with complete extension/correct form. If that is important to you, I recommend looking elsewhere.

FLYSoul Flow (Hot & Sweaty) ~ all levels

AMAZING as always. Yoga should always be this down to earth. I will say though, while I am totally down for yoga set to chill hip hop/R&B, some of the more amped up and pop-forward ones like Rihanna and Kanye were kind of jarring. It is kind of hard to zen out to that type of music. Maybe just a personal preference though!
