see all reviewsThe class was a super clean, sunlight washed large space with great ambience. The instructor was great at walking us through each movement, and being mindful of where we should be grounding ourselves. I am definitely in beginner Pilates shape and the class was challenging but completely manageable. she also started each set of movements out at a certain pace but you are encouraged to finish each set of movements at our own pace. I also appreciated that each movement was started at a manageable level of experience and you are given the option of increasing the difficulty as you go along, not vice versa. Will absolutely return and excited to try more classes!
