see all reviewsThe best instructor!! Absolutely gutted Abbie isn’t doing the Friday slots anymore. But I’m sure she’ll be amazing at whatever she chooses to do next. She’s so encouraging and really thinks through her classes with good music and lots of movement on the bike. Thank you for motivating me on a Friday over the past months!

see all reviewsAlways love Amy’s classes and the brixton idols playlist this week was great. Surging to The Prodigy was brutal!!! Only feedback is I wish the reception team wouldn’t allocate the tallest people to the front as it makes it very difficult for us shorties to follow what the instructor is doing

see all reviewsI loved the class! Fun, up-beat and friendly. Good mix of feel-good music. A good warm up and cool down included. I’ve done Zumba loads and this was one of my favourite classes! The teacher is called Carolin / Karolin, and since 2 weeks ago she’s the permanent teacher for this Friday class (not Pauline / Jenny as ClassPass suggests).

see all reviewsThis was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

Some movements seemed simple but in the right position and with the repetition, you body will ache. Relaxing yet demanding class - recommended for beginners and all levels.

see all reviewsWe were planning to participate in a cycling exercise session. As it was our first time, we arrived a little late as we couldn't find the entrance. Although they were explaining politely, when we finally changed and headed to the class, we were told it had already started and we couldn't join anymore. This wasn't explained beforehand. However, the lady kindly explained and suggested alternative options. We ended up joining another exercise session, which turned out to be perfect in every aspect - the exercise, facilities, and location. We promise to arrive early next time. Many thanks to the kind staff. Thank you very much.
