    Staff, especially on reception were very helpful and friendly. Considering I was visiting from out of town, and unfamiliar with the location, they were very helpful. Good facilities, great selection of weights & machines, good wet facilities too. Would 100% recommend.

    I loved the class! Fun, up-beat and friendly. Good mix of feel-good music. A good warm up and cool down included. I’ve done Zumba loads and this was one of my favourite classes! The teacher is called Carolin / Karolin, and since 2 weeks ago she’s the permanent teacher for this Friday class (not Pauline / Jenny as ClassPass suggests).

    Bike and Beats

    This was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

    Arnaldo is super knowledgeable about Pilates and is there to help perfectioning your position so you get the most out of every movement.     Really nice instructor, knowledgeable and gave great corrections. I was luckily one of 2 girls so we got to do partner drills. The space was nice and seemed chill, not intimidating at all. Had a great session overall so will hopefully be back soon :)

    Love this class and Chloe is brilliant, exactly the right level of instruction vs letting you get on with your workout.
