see all reviewsFarid is 10/10, always explains the class super clearly and helps correct form throughout. Highly recommend his class. Only quite annoying thing is the studio charges an extra £1 for a towel each time. While this isn’t a lot of money it is frustrating at the class isn’t particularly cheap to start with and free towels are standard at every other boutique studio I’ve been to in London.

see all reviewsAmazing instructor, defo coming back! Good instructions all the way through the class. Demonstrated each exercise and was hands on with making sure our form and posture was correct at all times. The class was challenging but in a nice way, really worked out our abs, upper and lower body which is what I look forward to in a Pilates class. Good stretches from the beginning to the end. Nice playlist too! Just thought that once he introduced himself he could of asked for our names too.
