    C8 Muay Thai/Thai Boxing

Always love this class, great balance between technique and fitness focus and instructor is as helpful as always. Only wish there were more sessions availability and/or a womans session? Sometimes it’s nice to have a dedicated space :)

Staff, especially on reception were very helpful and friendly. Considering I was visiting from out of town, and unfamiliar with the location, they were very helpful. Good facilities, great selection of weights & machines, good wet facilities too. Would 100% recommend.

    Bike and Beats

This was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

The class was excellent all around: great exercises, well explained, great energy and excellent vibes! The instructor (Alina) made sure that everyone pushed themselves (each at their level), and had a wonderful energy!!

Really nice instructor, knowledgeable and gave great corrections. I was luckily one of 2 girls so we got to do partner drills. The space was nice and seemed chill, not intimidating at all. Had a great session overall so will hopefully be back soon :)

    BIKE & BEATS

This was my first time in this gym at Bike & Beats with Zoe. I enjoyed the class a lot, the instructor was super nice and friendly, helped me understand the logic and keep up throughout the class, and the workout was super intense!

Good mix of build-up strength and stretching towards the end of the class. Some challenging poses are held for quite long, while Autumn provides detailed instructions, which I find very helpful to understand what to do.
