    Anthony McClain Cycle 45

Seriously this is the best spin class in the city. The class is challenging in a great way. I love that Anthony explains the proper format when riding. I’ve never had an instructor do that in any of my spin classes. Also, his playlist is just FIRE. What I look for in all my classes.

Such a fun workout! One of the better, more enjoyable dance cardio classes I’ve taken. It’s a great class for all sizes and levels. Great music playlist too!

That was such a great class! It’s hard to find a true yoga class sometimes and this was so well balanced. Brooks was so kind and a great instructor..

Great engaging and small course. Instructor was great and very engaged with teaching the students. Small session size so a lot of personal engagement. Highly recommend.

The class initially feels a little hard but if you power through it and push yourself, it’s very rewarding. It’s a non-judgement space and the instructor is very patient

    Intro to Capoeira

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! It felt so satisfying learning some of the moves. This class is more so an intro to a long term commitment of learning rather than a one time class so keep that in mind. Regardless it was really cool to learn about the history and some of the moves of this dance/martial arts!

The least pretentious yoga class I’ve ever been to! It was so nice slow and chill. Definitely needed. Felt super welcomed too.
