She has a beautifully rare blend of providing motivation, safely pushing you to your max while not being annoying or corny. The vibe is always fun and a GREAT cardio workout - amidst an industry that sometimes forgets how important this component is (vs. strength training only). Before you know it, the workout is done, you feel incredible and the rest of the day is yours.

see all reviewsMegan and the class were very welcoming and inviting. The class itself kicked my butt but beginner friendly overall. Only critique was the family atmosphere isn't what I was really looking for. I think its great that it's an option but I found it a little distracting. Overall still would reccomend for others.
