I liked the class as a first-timer! It was definitely more geared towards deep stretching and relaxation, whixh was nice. Tracy was super helpful with getting into positions and the moves were easy enough for a beginner to do!

The class and the instructor were great. I have to say as a heavy girl, the class was not for me. I went in open minded and excited but putting my body weight on the fabric was uncomfortable and just about left bruises. Again, I’m not discouraging anyone not to go, definitely try it. But heads up to my heavy girls, it was very difficult. It was a very intimate class and I felt it was very obvious my struggle. The instructor absolutely did everything she could to make me feel welcomed and not to single me out because I had a difficult time but of no fault of her own, I stood out. But again, try it for yourself, maybe it was just me. 10/10 would recommend to others who are open to the idea. Also come only 5 mins before, she will not be there to unlock the door any earlier even if it’s not the first class of the day. Again loved the instructor, loved the idea just personally not for me. Hope that helps!
