    HEATED FLOW 45

This class was good to get back to basics and be reminded of correct form. It was slower and more focused, which I realized I needed. I usually prefer a powerful and faster pace but this was still a great class

Loved class with Ariel! She had great energy as an instructor. Couple observations: the room didn’t feel hot enough; there were times I was feeling cool drafts and not because people were entering and exiting the room. Also, this class was short for some reason, 45 minutes from the time we stared to when I was at my locker getting my stuff.

    Cardio Kickbox by FIT AF

Long overdue review: I’ve been taking Ashley’s classes for almost a decade. She has a beautifully rare blend of providing motivation, safely pushing you to your max while not being annoying or corny. The vibe is always fun and a GREAT cardio workout - amidst an industry that sometimes forgets how important this component is (vs. strength training only). Before you know it, the workout is done, you feel incredible and the rest of the day is yours.

Very nice gym. This is a place that’s ~$20/mo for a membership so it doesn’t have the frills and extra fancy stuff that a more expensive gym has (green turf, TRX, CrossFit stuff, hip thrust machine, pool, courts, windows, eucalyptus towels, etc). But I really liked it. The door to the building was propped open so I was able to get in easily. But if it wasn’t, that could be a problem. Once at the front desk, just say Hi, sign in, and you’re free to get swole. There’s very few “Open Gym” options on Class Pass these days so it was great to be able to use this one. The machines are high quality Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment, though probably 10-15 years old (they all still work well). There are a lot of machines for a relatively small space. 2-3 squat racks and at least 2 of every other machine you can think of. I highly recommended Fitness 19 for class pass folks who are like me and just want to go lift some heavy weights without being yelled at my an instructor.

The gym itself and all of the equipment was clean and organized. They had everything we would want. The main issue is that there are open gym times through class pass in which no one is working at the front desk (on week days staff is only there at 4) and no one was available over phone to let us into the facility. I’m not sure why they allow open gym time for non-members when no one will be there to let you in.
