I appreciated that he showed the steps at low energy a couple of times then full energy after. He made it easy to follow the routine. He also encouraged that we modify movements that were difficult for us. I highly recommend taking this class!

This was my second class with him and it was just as great as the first one. Whether it’s him teaching or Irene this class is always my favorite!

see all reviewsHonestly one of the most disappointing Pilates classes I’ve ever taken anywhere. I have taken club Pilates classes since 2012 and this was not up to standard. Lazy cues, poor instructions, not counting down reps, busting out Baby Shark for a series of moves?! I felt bad for the other students in the class knowing they deserved so much better. This class was nothing close to what I’ve experienced in the past at La Mesa, Santee, Mission Valley or North Park (same owner) and I’ll not be back. A different studio chain will keep my business.
