    Private SUP Yoga Lessons

    Kerry’s SUP yoga session was so much fun. First we did about 45 minutes of stand up paddle boarding. Which was awesome because she guided me to where I could see the sea lions! After that we paddle boarded to a calmer section of water and she guided me through a modified yoga flow for the paddleboard. It was a great workout and a beautiful way to spend the morning! She also took lots of pictures and then took the time to edit them before sending them to me which is incredibly kind.
