    Great class! Great for beginners. They have their own position techniques so if you’re new to lifting it’s probably easier to get the moves. Since they use light weights they work on burning out the legs with lots of reps and loop/band. Not sure if it’s always like that. Great music. Instructor goes around the room and corrects form.
