    Classical Pilates for Beginners

    Emily was friendly and professional and gives great cues. The class itself was not a "tough" workout but more so a great way to focus on form, footwork and breathing. Great intro class for pilates newbies or hard core pilates lovers who want to revisit and work on proper form.
