This was a wonderful class to help stretch, unwind, and meditate. Loved the poses that Niki guided us through - some I had never done before. Niki was a great teacher with wonderful energy and very helpful on an individual level. The focus on chakras was very cool and I felt centered at the end of class.

    Meditation for Mental Health

Wow. One of the most valuable classes I have ever taken on classpass and in the city overall. I can’t recommend it more highly! The session can go in any direction you like; I came out feeling so refreshed and with some new meditation techniques to use on a daily basis. I can’t wait to come back!

SO hot!!!! A good challenging flow. studio was pretty basic. yoga room was large. staff very friendly. I thought the loud breathing directives were odd for my taste. I liked that the class ended at our own pace following our own mediation.

Sara’s class is incredible. I walked in feeling like a blob, I walked out feeling like a boss. Her voice is so soothing, the flows are set at the perfect pace to build a subtle heat, and overall it’s just such a warm and inviting atmosphere to try new things. So lovely!

Karina is so kind and so attentive! She always has adjustments and variations in mind if the exercise doesn’t feel 100% perfect for your body. It was such a calm, soothing, but AGGRESSIVE workout! This is what I love about Pilates. Such a chill, difficult workout that you absolutely feel the next day! Karina was wonderful. All the instructors here are so knowledgeable!

Great class for learning the crow pose and headstand... class overall is slower paced with deep holds. Teacher encouraged people to use the wall for headstand as well as assisted anyone who needed help. It can be a little loud in the big room as you can hear the cars honking but not a big deal.

Debby’s class helps focus on small things that have big impact on perfecting your asanas. Personally I appreciate her sense of humor too. Today some poses were more relaxing, and felt so good, that it all made it for a perfect class for the after-Thanksgiving morning.

Really enjoyed it. It was the deep stretch I was looking for after soreness from spin class and on the same night I was headed to a challenging aerialist class afterward. The class seems designed to stretch you out so you can go do another workout later. (A 6:30pm dance class is offered directly after this class that seemed popular but I dont see it on Class Pass.) This studio is in the basement of a residential building with a nice garden outside to sit in if you like.
