see all reviewsNice studio with different sections for classes. Instructor was a little off at first but warmed up soon after we started and gave a really good class. It was well balanced and incremented slowly to a nice burn. My only complaint about the place is that a gym/studio that has workout classes should offer free water. You shouldn’t have to buy water if you are running low or drink a lot. Might just be me but we should be offered that for the price. Otherwise, a very accessible class for all levels, would come again.

see all reviewsJohn is a great instructor, he explains what is going to happen, he gives good feedback. John goes around the room to correct form. If you are new to the class come the extra 10 minutes before, he will practice with you a few times before it starts. I love the way I feel after I leave. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

My class was actually on the 3rd floor tonight, not the 4th floor – you can ask the person at the desk on the 4th floor where you are supposed to go for your particular class.

The class instructions use the bike monitors’ resistance (watts) and speed (ROM), but you could choice to ignore. Also uses small weights for arm exercises. Will definitely be back!

The instructor was very energetic and eccentric. The class was more twerk fitness than twerk technique. We did stretching and exercises and then learned a short choreo.
