    TH 101: Total Body

    Okay, the other reviews had me concerned that this workout was going to be impossible, but honestlyit was a great challenge, but I did not die. I preferred this to Barrysthe sprints are harder but you get actual recovery time between sprints. And yesthe warmup is hard, but its also kinda the hardest part. From that point on, you get little breaks between sprints. You definitely need to be in good shape, even for the 101 class, but if youre in good shape, dont be scared off by the other reviews.

    Great full body workout and such a fun class! The slide board made it feel like I was ice skating which elevated it from a regular workout class.     RUN CAMP SUNDAY (MARATHON TRAINING) 2:00

    Coach Will was awesome to say the least. Even though I was clearly unprepared for a 2:20 run (no hydration pack or treats for the run) he gave me some so that I wouldn't die. It was also nice that he kept pace with me even though it was clear that he could have run A LOT faster than I did. By the end we only made it to the end of the 59th st bridge (13-14 mil) vs back to the studio (~1-2 miles more). I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back for more. Most likely next week!

    Idk what was going on with one of the participants but she couldnt do even a single exercise, coach somehow managed to give her a personal training session and oversee alternate moves for every single thing while running the class for the rest of us.     For all the people who miss step classes! The class is hiit plus step. They use a small square step with heavy and light set of weights. Class is modifiable for all levels. Less steps, less heavy weights, teacher gave lots of modifiers for newbies. Non stop timed intervals with fun music. There seemed to be a lot of regulars from limelight / equinox days. Studio is new with padded floors and fun changing backlights. There is a gym in the front for private clients. Filtered fountain,shower,changing areas, combo locks with chargers inside. Will definitely be back with friends!

    Our class had fewer people so we only had 5 stations with 2 people at each station. Normally it seems to be 6 stations. Each station was 6 minutes long and Victoria did a great job in showing us the moves and coming around to correct everyone. Cardio was light but there were still some. Our class really focused on upper body but other instructors may be different. This is definitely for strengthening and I feel sore today!

    Fun class! It was half strength training and half cardio (this music based movement, like aerobics). The heaviest weights they have are 10 lbs.     It was icy out today so they skipped the tennis ball workout and did "dealer's choice" instead. We went around the circle and each shared a fact about ourselves and a chose an exercise. The number of each exercise we had to do was determined randomly by a deck of cards. And the enduro challenge was 50 squats and 50 squat jumps. Definitely worth the post-blizzard trek!

    This was the very first class so I give David a lot of props for what he has started. The class includes stretching, conditioning, and circuit exercises. You get a nice workout with the combination. The music is upbeat. The studio space is still a work in progress but I didnt have any problems with any workouts. David is very attentive and provides feedbacks to posturing and positioning. Overall, good workout.
