It was my first time partaking in this small and calm studio, and I felt immediately welcomed by Arthur and other participants whom I’ve never met. Body & brain is a safe space to pursue your development. I found the sequence to be dynamic, easy-going, and allowed me to move/tap/stretch parts of my body in different ways. Arthur pays close attention to the class for individual guidance/feedback. I would recommend for all!

What a great instructor! Scheduled incorrectly today so I was coming from another exercise class (do not recommend! Take a longer break!), but despite how active this class was, it was still relaxing. I wish I could take Katey’s classes more. Didn’t see any lotion in the locker room but I might have missed it? Otherwise, the amenities are great, class felt community oriented and the instructor asked students and was encouraging about getting a response. This class would be such a great way to get to know fellow yogis because, while it’s intense, it’s also just FUN. Maybe in the future there will be opportunity to engage with people who attend the same classes as us!

This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. Similar to SLT and solidcore, but better for two reasons: 1) they project the exercises that that class will go through on the wall so you can actually track and follow, and understand what’s next. 2) the cues, instructions and modifications were really well explained. Nice studio with different sections for classes. Instructor was a little off at first but warmed up soon after we started and gave a really good class. It was well balanced and incremented slowly to a nice burn. My only complaint about the place is that a gym/studio that has workout classes should offer free water. You shouldn’t have to buy water if you are running low or drink a lot. Might just be me but we should be offered that for the price. Otherwise, a very accessible class for all levels, would come again.

Studio 2: Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]

Instructor did a great job of demoing and also going around and checking form. Great class for a beginner, but it will be hard (it’s slightly slower than the full body class and much lighter with no music — music would be very helpful here because it allows me to focus on something else). Room needs a temperature adjustment because it was way too cold; since there’s no pre class stretching, the temperature in this room is dangerous as your body never fully warms up & this is especially true in beginner classes. I’ve never been to a workout class where it was this cold. Hope this changes! Talented instructor but the ambiance could use some adjustments.

Absolute Beginner Cuban Salsa - Level 1

This is such a great place to learn salsa - I will absolutely go back! The instructors are so nice and patient. We started with basic footwork and then spent the majority of the time practicing with different partners. The only downside was that the lessons are sequential so you have to start at lesson 1 or you’ll be behind (and the class sign up didn’t specify)

    Bikram Hot Yoga 90

Love how hot the room is and the soft floor is really cool. The 90 minute class sticks to the typical bikram practice, which I love! Nice locker room and showers. Good tips from the instructor. A+

    Run Faster: Tempo

Great class!! Instructor gave super helpful feedback on running form, the interactive video screen really made me push myself and there was a thorough warm up and cool down. This seems like a great new gym that’s focused on community as well. I’ll def be back!

    Ass Class

First time taking a weightlifting class and it was great! The instructor was very nice and welcoming. To me, the class was structured like a HIIT class but with weights. I wish we started with a bit more stretching and mobility work before going into the weights, but you are welcome to stay after to stretch for a bit. Would take again!
