    Great instructors, great workout, always intimidating trying a new gym but it was easy to follow instructions and a straight forward workout if you have any experience in the gym! Also would be good for beginners as instructors as helpful and there are videos of the the moves.

    The instructor and class itself was great, 5 ⭐️, however, there should be a policy about phone/device use during class. I find this distracting for my workout and disrespectful to the instructor when a rider spent 1/3 of the class on their phone. Makes for bad atmosphere! One person will not ruin my experience though, I look forward to coming back again.

He demonstrated every exercise, gave feedback on how to adjust my form, and shared helpful tips and information - all the while, providing a ton of encouragement!
