Tracy has such a great class. Always professional, always consistent, appropriately challenging, easy to hear, structured sequencing, and overall nice person. It makes sweating in such a hot environment actually pleasurable.

    Star Spangled BURNER!

Ben is a friendly, organized, quality instructor. He made it a point to try to remember names of new people (and knew names of all the regulars), maintained a smooth flow in a class with 14 stations, and did not hesitate to cue and correct form. The vibe and music was good and the 90 minute class flew by!

The instructor was amazing! She is cheerful and detail-oriented. Not only she showed the pose to the students (instead of just saying the Yogi jargons) but also she fixed the students' posture. I loved the class taught by her :)

Amanda led a fun, energetic class through a tough circuit! She was cheerful and supportive from start to finish. The gym is well-appointed, and the other gym members were very welcoming. The work-out had a bit of something for everyone, and while tailored to someone with a good understanding of their fitness, she had modifications for everyone. A very positive experience; I'll be back!

A hot, tough workout! This class caters to those who like a more fiery and fast-paced flow. I was definitely sore the next day. Fun, upbeat playlist too. I used to do drop-ins at this studio so I’m really excited they’re on Class Pass now!! ?

    Yin Yoga

Awesome class. Great teacher. This is an awesome studio. The only drawback is lacks the zen quality I seek. The first 20 minutes of class i could barely track the teacher because the students outside class were in loud discussion with no regard. Sadly this is the culture Before class in the room there is always loud conversations. Today I heard about a cheating husband and the gossip that goes with that. Most studios cultivate a calmer more quite atmosphere. Since it’s the only peace in many of my days this studio is a pop in vs a regular go to.

Free Community Class - YIN YOGA

Would love it if that room wasn’t sooo bitter cold during a Yin practice. Sweet instructor. Would be great to have her practice her teaching without such a soft singsong voice. It’s a delicate balance with Yin. But if too soft spoken and too much of the same tone, it becomes boring and not enough to keep a person interested and awake:-)

Good workout but different than other barre classes. I would say that half the class was barre and half was strength training with weights, lunges, squats type of stuff and stretching.

I went to the address but it took my to a residential home and did not have any contact number. I was confused so ended up going back home. It would be great if the class provided a contact number or at least a sign outside of the address to clarify any confusion. I was looking forward to class but felt uncomfortable knocking on someone’s residence without verification it was the right address.
