I recently started taking Y7 afters 10+ yeas of living in nyc and taking other workout classes …Rumble, Soulcycle, Barre, solidcore ….. I am so happy. I finally started taking these classes. This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. It’s really a great way to clear your head but getting great workout. The studios fantastic. I can’t wait to take more classes.

Micaela is great! She consistently checks on everyone and corrects our forms throughout the entire class. She gives everyone attention the entire time, which can be very rare these days! Loved her class!

Amazing yogi 😭 I am visiting out of town and go to many yoga centers as I travelled. Never have met a kind and caring yoga instructor like Kate, really felt not only my body improve but my mindset changed for the better from this class! Thank you soooo much Kate <3

Chris was such a lovely instructor! His voice is so soothing, his cues are precise, and the flow was well-rounded. The space is also nice and cozy with lots of natural lighting. Well definitely be back!

Grace was awesome! Loved the set up - good spacing between bikes, fun lights, fans. She was very high energy and motivating. The class instructions use the bike monitors’ resistance (watts) and speed (ROM), but you could choice to ignore. Also uses small weights for arm exercises. Will definitely be back!

    CONDITIONING: LOWER BODY (INTERMEDIATE)

Wow. Just wow. First time here. I’ve been to 100s of workout classes and this was another level. Even the intermediate is challenging from warm up to finisher. I highly recommend - super supportive coach and teammates as well!
