She calls you out when you’re a great example for others which was nice for me to look to others when I first started and had no clue, turns out I’m getting the hangover of it more than I thought because today I was the example. see all reviewsHawi is an exceptional coach! He's so good at what he does. In a space that could feel intimidating to some, he makes everyone feel welcome, included, and safe. He pushes you to work hard but doesn't boot-camp-scream-in-your-face kind of motivate. He genuinely wants to see you succeed and improve in the craft. I would trust just about anything he says - that's how great at creating connection he is! The class itself is great - no boxing, but you work HARD going through stations of different exercises. Hawi instructs on proper form throughout, and is there to offer modifications if needed or wanted. Also.. the playlist was 🔥🔥🔥 today 🤘
