see all reviewsOne of my favourite strength class to date- and I’ve been to many! I like strength Pilates that actually focus on building strength and this did just that! Great instructor Casey who encouraged the burn, lifting heavy, switching weights and she gave us a lot of options to take or leave. Who would have thought a 2 kilo ball could burn your arms and core that much?! I’ll book in with Casey again. Thank you!
