see all reviewsReally great teacher. The temperature at this studio can be a bit inconsistent. When it’s fully heated, I don’t think there’s a better place to do hot yoga. Yes it’s super challenging, but that’s the style of this type of class and you get such a good feeling after. It won’t be for everyone but the studio does offer other types of classes that aren’t as hot. This particular class wasn’t hot for the first half which was a bit disappointing, but it did get better in the second half and I still keep coming for the lovely vibe and fab teachers.
