see all reviewsGood and positive teacher. The class wasn’t too difficult so good if you’re just getting back into fitness/wanting a lower impact workout. When I’ve done it at other places the room has been hotter - I don’t think this one is heated, but it’s also not air conditioned so you get a bit of warmth.
