see all reviewsIt wasn’t a bad class it’s just that no specifics were given after initial instructions. No music none of the little things that can be helpful. I’ve done Pilates for a while now but still like when the instructor walks through the class & gives tips suggestions etc, not just stands at the front of class and talks through the movements. I find instructor participation/ demonstration always enhances class.
If you’re looking for a studio with classes that are as challenging as they are fun…
