    Deep Yin Stretch 75

Such a beautiful studio with lovely energy and staff. Yin with Brooke is incredible. She is super passionate and knowledgeable and offered corrections where needed. Note: yin yoga is different to “traditional” (for lack of better word) yoga so make sure to research this before you come!

I got a facial workout to tone and sculpt and it was amazing! Guadalupe was so nice and friendly, and the space was so relaxing and clean. I loved this experience, I will definitely be back for another treatment!

    Boxing Fundamentals

Everyone in this space was super nice and it seems like a really positive community space for the members. I could tell that it’s a social space where members and instructors are friends. The music was great. A few small areas to note are: the sign out front has a different name from the classpass listing so that was a little confusing, there wasn’t anyone there checking new folks in so there was some uncertainty we were in the right place and where we should go, and it’s more of a technique class than a cardio workout (not a bad thing!).
