see all reviewsThis was the typical boot camp set up with several stations that you rotate through. The things that make this better than others is the energy and equipment. The coach and members are super nice and motivating. You can feel a sense of community at this gym. They are so inviting and encouraging. I love that the floor felt cushioned and everything was clean and well organized. I will definitely return.

Everyone should check out this class. The gym was also very clean with all the equipment you’d ever need and some you didn’t think of. It’s a great place to workout.
