One suggestion please - Beats class could be a paced in a way that ensures full attention towards form and accuracy and takes into account different levels of fitness- otherwise one is focused only on catching up. Also, Barre space of the new studio is a bit cramped as compared to the old studio which was so much more spacious!

Initially booked the Slow Flow class thinking that it would be a relaxing class that was more about stretching, but boy I was wrong - instead it got my blood pumping, sweat flowing, and I felt liberated after the class. Will definitely be back :)
