Excellent class!! Boxing and fitness. Great warm up. A bit of teamwork. No opportunity to get bored. Every opportunity to push yourself. The coach/trainer was great with demonstrating what the boxing combinations were. He provided feedback to all, walked the room, etc. I will definitely visit again when I am in town for work.

This was my favorite class at Title so far which is shocking to say because I’ve LOVED them all. Today with Jonna *hurt so good* and had me exited to come back for more. Her playlist was the best one I’ve heard at Title so far and I loved how she clearly demoed all of the combos/moves. 5/5 for me!
