Asanasarja oli monipuolinen ja osasta liikkeistä oli mahdollista tehdä haastavampi variaatio halutessaan. Ohjaajan ohjeistus oli lempeä ja selkeä. Harjoitus on nimensä mukaisesti virtaava eli siirtymät asennosta toiseen ovat nopeita - aloittelijoiden voi olla haastava pysyä mukana.
