Playlist was well curated! Combos were simple ❤️, and the whole experience was really fun because we get to try different level of intensity throughout the class, from riding to light resistance to super heavy resistance, from the usual single time speed, to fast double time. Instructions were super clear as well, and Lorraine was super calm yet very engaging throughout her class! If you are not into loud/shouty instructor, you will definitely love her energy/vibe/style. Would love to come to more of her classes!
