I didn’t see much form checking or corrections/modifications and it was definitely fast paced. As someone who exercises regularly, I really did enjoy the class and found it challenging!

A challenge after doing 3 beginner classes at this studio and many others elsewhere. First time I built up a moderate sweat doing reformer. Pinling is probably the best instructor here and has such a friendly demeanor :)

see all reviewsMINT is such a fantastic, family-owned gym that has really gone above and beyond during the pandemic, especially, remaining closed and at limited capacity longer than required, and they have a dedicated four hours per day of gym time reserved for vaccinated people only. You have a choice to not wear a mask, but only if you upload your vaccination card. This definitely is a huge plus for me, because I feel a lot safer, knowing that anyone working out without their mask has been vaccinated and verified. I strongly encourage people to support this great place that has done so much for our community.

Kelly has a mic and there’s a speaker so you can hear her verbal cues. You might want to bring some bug spray if bugs love you.

see all reviewsThis was a great class. Lauren (and a support team member) gave excellent form correction throughout class to make it feel like a private class in a group training setting. This was a durability day—80% efforts—so it was a grind but a good sweat. There are 5 stations that you complete with heavy weights and there are a few different levels of weight difficulty which makes you able to tailor your workout for your level. Will be back! Would like to be able to see which type of class I will be doing (M.A. or D.) before class if possible.
