Fantastic workout! Would not recommend for someone 100% new to boxing, because they really don't check your form all that well. you're just there for the workout, not to get better at boxing.

This instructor focuses more on form tha. other I instructors I've had here, which is fantastic, but sometimes the cues were a little hard to follow. Didn't think it was worth docking a start though.

Full Body - Upper Focus (55 Minutes)

This is a really good, very fast moving workout and big calorie burner. Very pricey, but nice. Only compliant is that I got no orientation as a first timer, but was able to figure it out.

    FlyFIT: Total Body 45

Better than I was expecting. If you think flywheel's cycling classes are too frilly, I'd recommend you give this class a try. They dont ask you to do anything weird or boutique-y,, fantastic workout, and the instructor was excellent at correcting form and motivating people, even with a larger class.

    Beginner Reformer

Just the right amount of challenging for a beginner class. Good cueing, hands on assist to adjust form, and good sequence of poses. I've been doing mat pilates for over a year, but I just started reformer pilates and I really liked Crystal's instruction and would recommend!

    C1 - CorePower Yoga 1

This is my 10th or so class with Mayu. It went by super fast! I started taking her CPY1 class in July and it absolutely kicledy butt. I was dripping, no, raining sweat the first class and doubted if I could make it through within the first fifteen minutes (to be fair, the time slot I used to go to was right after a heated class and it was still sweltering by the time non-heated CPY1 came around!). I'm definitely ending 2019 stronger than I ever have been thanks to a combination of Mayu's CPY1 classes, pilates, and Barre3 in Georgetown. However, since the CPY1 class is always the same sequence, I can easily see my progress from then to now. Despite it being the same sequence, I'm still learning each class on how and where to improve and - I still sweat. Just less ? could not recommend more - Mayu gives excellent verbal cues and physical adjustments and guides with a calming, positive presence ??

    Vinyasa Flow Level 1-2

Loved it! I get so very bored in vinyasa flows and each time I have been to Meg’s class she surprises me and keeps it interesting. Not too many fast-paced vinyasa flows which I really like (where you are rushing and rushing to get through!). Will definitely come back.

Great class once I figured out the bike settings (you have to pick power training, not quick start, and go through all the prompts to set up). I liked that it was taught by zone and not color so no one else could see your zones.
