see all reviewsSuch a good workout. My arms and muscles by my shoulder blades were sore the next day but not too bad since we took time to stretch at the end. I was lost at first with the boxing portion since I didn’t know what each term meant (front jab, back upper etc) and they’re not explained by the instructor. But I eventually got the hang of it and the instructor came to check on me to make sure I got the rhythm. It’s really loud in there though. Will definitely go back and try to get better.

see all reviewsLoved the class and the instructor - he really made it fun and engaging! I think keeping the # of reps constant could make it easier to keep track ( 10 of each - push ups, trx pull ups etc)

see all reviewsOverall great class, would recommend! The coach has a fun energy and he provided a lot of helpful feedback for me as a beginner. It’s very hands-on but very cool to learn practical moves and get a workout compared to other classes that just focus on the workout.

see all reviewsThis place is amazing. Only thing is they are not in class pass anymore. They’ve tried removing themselves and Classpass won’t remove them. However, they were nice and let me do a drop in class. I’ll be back as a member!
