    Had a blast! It's a tough workout, but I loved it. Appreciated the non-pressurized atmosphere. He encourages taking breaks when needed (I really needed it every now and then haha). Only downside - starts at 7:30 pm, so not many dinner spots open after. Still, I'd totally go back for more sessions! Thanks Jorge!

    Attended strength workout at BFT Farrer Park and it was a very good session! Workout was very well explained by trainer Wendy and Xinyi. Their attention to my posture to avoid injuries was top notch 👍🏻 & I love how spacious the studio is! It’s very clean and the equipments are in good conditions. Overall, it was a very good session with very good energy from coach Wendy and Xinyi! Will be back again!

    One of the BEST instructors I’ve met at this studio. Lik Ming is super detailed and really cares about those who are new to body combat. He’d jump off the stage to guide newbies and after class, would teach them the right form too.
