Had my first 90mins bikram here! The teacher was an Indian lady visiting Jakarta for a month this time, she was pleasant and motivating. I had to leave the class maybe 3x because I couldn't stand the heat, but the class was really transformative. My skin was really good after all that sweating and heat. Toned up my muscles too. Recommended.

Had my first 90mins bikram here! The teacher was an Indian lady visiting Jakarta for a month this time, she was pleasant and motivating. I had to leave the class maybe 3x because I couldn't stand the heat, but the class was really transformative. My skin was really good after all that sweating and heat. Toned up my muscles too. Recommended.

Joined TRX class and it was thrilled. The studio, locker room and shower room are exceptionaly pristine and great. The session itself was fun and satisfying. We requested excercise to focus on body part we desire and the instructor help us well. The TRX room were comfy and only avail for 6 joiners so it gives private class vibe. Overall is great and definitely will comeback and try Perfect and Flex
